My name is Nicholas Ssebuufu, and I am 29 years old, and I was born in Uganda. In a small village called 'Mabanda'. I also studied electrical engineering and graduated. I grew up as an orphan and have been running an orphanage for a few years. I became friends with Mirko Mohr and we immediately had a good connection. I quickly developed the urge to create something even greater in this world. It is my destiny to build up this orphanage "KINDERHILFEZENTRUM" for 150 children and to be able to offer the children help and protection.

My name is Mirko Mohr, and I am 50 years old. I am a personal trainer. As a child, I spent some time in a children's home called "KINDERHILFEZENTRUM". After my training as a sports-gymnastics teacher, I started my own business and sold it again after successfully setting it up. I know not only the highs in life, but also the lows. An important life motto from my experiences is! If you can't do anything for yourself for a while, then do something for others. Because strength is not just the power that makes our muscles contract. True strength is taking care of the weak, no matter what problems you are facing. There are problems in the world that only have to do with money. Then just tackle them somewhere else!

My name is Enock Mulumba, and I am 23 years old and was born in Uganda. I grew up in a small village called Lwajja in Mpigi district. I studied and graduated from UCE. As a child, I grew up as an orphan and was raised by a single mother of three orphans. After graduating from UCE, friends of my adoptive mother called me to work in an organization for children with disabilities. Working with the disabled children touched me deeply. I learned how to deal with disabled children and then decided to start a rehabilitation center for children to effectively help children and people with special needs. I got to know Mirko during his visits to Uganda at our facility, the Children's Union Rehabilitation Center. I was impressed by how easily he helped us and the children with his activities. I was also impressed by his performance in entrusting Alex to us and giving the children a day at the pool. The children really enjoyed it, and so did we.

In November 2021, I received a call for help from an orphanage in Uganda. Nicholas Ssebuufu, a fighter for his protégés, the orphans, asked me for help. Nicholas (nickname: Kato Nicodem) and I quickly became friends, and together we began to change the lives of the children in the orphanage. There was a lack of new beds, bicycles, school supplies, and many other things. We even renovated parts of the orphanage. We decided to help even more children and used the power of the internet to draw attention to the suffering of children in our world. You could say that I motivated Nicholas to persevere and stay strong. No, simply from one person to another. Two people who wanted to make a difference and bring about change. That is exactly what we are still doing today; our next goal is an orphanage for 150 children. Thank you to all donors for your support and trust in our project. We will try to answer all your questions on GoFundMe in the future, and we are touched by your interest in helping and helping yourselves. Keeping you up to date is also on our roadmap.
